Refund and Cancellation Policy
This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs refund eligibility, cancellation terms and payment-related conditions applicable to services rendered by TRIDENTRA CONSULTING (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, CIN: U62099MH2025OPC462997, through the website www.tridentra.in or through direct business communication.
All services provided by the Company are professional, consulting and documentation-based in nature and are initiated upon confirmation of engagement, allocation of resources and commencement of research, advisory or preparatory activities.
Non-Refundable Services
Professional fees paid toward the following activities shall be strictly non-refundable:
- consulting and advisory services
- research, assessment and evaluation work
- drafting, documentation and report preparation
- statutory review and filing assistance
- coordination, follow-up and professional time spent
Where work has commenced or deliverables have been initiated, no refund shall be applicable, irrespective of subsequent withdrawal, discontinuation or change in decision by the client.
Government Fees and Third-Party Charges
Government filing fees, statutory payments, departmental charges, payment gateway charges, taxes and third-party expenses are non-refundable under all circumstances, as such payments are made directly to external authorities or service agencies and are beyond the control of the Company.
Duplicate or Excess Payments
In the event of duplicate payment or excess transaction made in error, the client may notify the Company with valid proof of payment. Upon verification, such cases may be processed for adjustment against future services or, where appropriate, refund on a case-to-case basis.
Cancellation Requests
Cancellation requests shall be considered only if:
- the engagement has not commenced, and
- no research, advisory or documentation work has been initiated
Where services are already in progress, cancellation shall not entitle the client to any refund, credit or compensation.
Processing of Eligible Refunds
Where a refund is determined to be admissible:
- the refund may be processed through bank transfer or original payment mode
- applicable deductions, statutory costs or administrative charges may be adjusted
- timelines shall be subject to internal verification and banking processes
The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by financial institutions or payment intermediaries.
No Guarantee of Outcomes
Refund requests shall not be entertained on grounds relating to:
- statutory rejection, objection or delay by authorities
- external regulatory decisions
- change in business circumstances
- expectation of specific outcomes
The Company provides services on a best-effort professional basis and does not guarantee approvals, filings, registrations or statutory outcomes.
Final Decision
All refund and cancellation determinations shall be reviewed at the sole discretion of the Company, and the decision of the Company shall be final and binding.
